KAYLEE RUTCHIK STIX, is an integrative psychotherapist and yoga teacher specializing in yoga therapy.  Kaylee received her Master of Science degree in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University and her Bachelor of Art degree from George Washington University. She attained her 200‐hour Registered Yoga Teacher certificate in Integrative Yoga Therapy.

Kaylee designs therapy sessions to meet each client’s unique needs, interests and goals. With a collaborative and therapeutic partnership, she helps clients feel more empowered and equipped to face life’s ever‐evolving challenges. Her goal is to help clients not just learn how to cope with life’s many difficulties, but also to develop a greater sense of health, wellness and overall joy in life.

Depending on the client, she couples her wellness‐based, bio‐ psycho‐social and person‐centered approach with specific evidenced based practices, such as: Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing and Relaxation Skills Training. In conjunction with traditional talk therapy, Kaylee may also integrate holistic, complementary approaches into sessions, such as meditative breath work, yoga therapy and other mind body techniques.

Kaylee specializes in individual psychotherapy with adults.

Kaylee focuses on anxietydepression, transitions (i.e. wedding, pregnancy, school, career etc.), relationship and dating problems, sexuality, creative blocks, adult ADD/ADHD, and chronic illness.
